GACO board elects Abdulaziz Al Humaid as Chairman, forms committees
Al Gassim Investment Holding Co.’s (GACO) board of directors decided, during the first meeting held on Feb. 23, to appoint Abdulaziz Al Humaid as Chairman, and Badr Al-Qadi as Vice Chairman. 
In a statement toTadawul,GACOadded that its board also approved the formation of the audit committee, including Rasheed Al-Rasheed, Badr Al-Qadi, Waleed Algosaibi, and Majid Al Suwaigh.
It also formed the remuneration and nominations committee, chaired by Khalid Al Bawardi and comprising Rasheed Al-Rasheed and Waleed Algosaibi as members.
The board further approved the formation of the investment committee, comprising Abdulaziz Al Humaid, Faisal Al-Khamis and Badr Al-Qadi.
Additionally, official representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), were appointed.
