Arabian Internet and Communications Services Co. (solutions)signed on Feb. 19, a contract with National Water Co. (NWC) to provide managed IT services, at a total value of SAR 519.7 million (including VAT), according to a statement to Tadawul.

The agreement covers the managed IT services across all NWC’s applications, and user segments in an efficient and secure manner. solutions will be responsible for the comprehensive management, operation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the IT system at the company, ensuring business continuity, user satisfaction, and alignment with the company’s objectives.

The agreement will also ensure the delivery of all IT services (infrastructure, applications, end-user support, etc.) with high performance, availability, security, and compliance, in accordance with agreed service levels and in line with best practices, processes, and regulations through excellence in IT operations governance, while continuously assessing and identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

The contract term is five years, with the financial impact expected to appear in its financial statements starting Q2 2026.
