Saudi Arabia’s Construction Cost Index (CCI) rose by 1.4% year-on-year (YoY) in January 2026, according to the General Authority for Statistics (GASTAT).
The CCI advanced to 102.4 points in January 2026, based on the 2023 base year, compared to 101 points in January 2025.
The index rise was driven by a 1.4% YoY hike in residential construction costs and 1.5% in non-residential construction costs.
