Alramz receives white land fee invoices relate to Riyadh land plots under development
Alramz Real Estate Co. said it received 94 invoices to date related to white land fees, with a total value of SAR 35.33 million. 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the invoices are related to land plots it owns in Riyadh that fall within the geographic zones subject to the white land fee program.
The company noted that all invoices are tied to projects currently under development, adding that it is proceeding with the development of these lands in line with its planned development strategy.
Alramz will apply to the relevant authority to obtain the associated statutory grace periods until the development works on those lands are completed.
The invoices currently have no material impact on its operational activities or financial position, the company added.
