RIYADH — Newly appointed princes and ministers took the oath of office before the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, in Riyadh on Tuesday following their appointment by royal orders.Those sworn in included Prince Fahd bin Saad, Deputy emir of Al-Baha Region; Prince Saad bin Saud, Member of the Shoura Council; Prince Saud bin Nahar, Deputy emir of Al-Madinah Region; Prince Mohammed bin Abdullah, Deputy emir of the Northern Borders Region; and Fahd Al-Saif, Minister of Investment.During the ceremony, the officials swore by Almighty God to be faithful to their religion, then to their King and country.They also pledged not to disclose any of the State’s secrets, to safeguard its interests and regulations, and to perform their duties with honesty, integrity, sincerity and justice.The ceremony was attended by Minister of Interior Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud and Deputy Private Secretary to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Tamim Al-Salem.
