Adeer Real Estate Co. signed, on Feb. 5, a contract with the Saudi Economic and Development Securities Co. (SEDCO Capital) to provide brokerage services for an acquisition transaction of a land plot in Riyadh with an area of 115,100 square meters, for a fund managed by SEDCO Capital. 
In a statement to Tadawul, Adeer indicated that it is entitled to a brokerage commission amounting to SAR 23.02 million, to be settled in the form of in-kind units in the fund at the establishment price, noting that no related parties are included in the deal.
The contractual term is 90 days commencing from the date of signing the contract.
The company expected this contract to have a positive impact starting from the date of registering the in-kind units in the fund.
