MRNA appoints Salman Al-Asmari as Chairman for the current term
Morabaha Marina Financing Co.’s (MRNA) board of directors appointed on Feb. 3 Salman Al-Asmari as Chairman, and Naif Al Maiman as Vice Chairman. 
According to a statement to Tadawul, the board’s decision was issued on Jan. 7, and a no-objection was obtained from the Saudi Central Bank on Feb. 3.
The current board term began on June 27, 2025, for a three-year period.
