The Saudi Cabinet, in a session today, Feb. 3, chaired by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, reviewed the development of several government sector ecosystems.
The Cabinet said the implementation of the National Privatization Strategy is a supporting step in the journey of diversifying the national economy and reinforcing the pivotal role of the private sector in comprehensive development.
This move is aimed at opening new horizons that enhance the quality of infrastructure and public services and increase the attractiveness of the Kingdom’s investment environment, it added.
The Cabinet also commended the recent landmark projects launched in the industrial cities in Makkah and Jeddah, which support the localization of priority industries, the development of local content, and doing business, thereby contributing to strengthening economic development.
