MUSCAT — The Royal Saudi Naval Forces and the Royal Navy of Oman conducted missile and live ammunition firing drills as part of the bilateral naval exercise ‘Winds of Peace 2026,’ currently underway in the Sultanate of Oman.The exercise featured advanced operational scenarios simulating modern naval operations, including protecting maritime lines of communication and enhancing maritime security, thereby contributing to regional stability and prosperity.The drills involved 10 combat vessels, rotary-wing aircraft, and two platoons from special maritime security units.
