MAKKAH — The Holy Qur’an Museum in Makkah’s Hira Cultural District is showcasing a rare manuscript of the Holy Qur’an, specifically part (juz) 25, estimated to date back to the15th century (9th century AH). Written in the Levantine Naskh script, this manuscript is distinguished by its intricate decorations and exquisite gilding, reflecting the revered status of the holy book throughout the centuries. Preserved at the King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies, the exhibition is part of a collaborative effort to highlight Qur’anic treasures and rare manuscripts, enriching visitors’ cultural and intellectual experience.
