Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Co. (2P) signed today, Jan. 18, an agreement to renew a Shariah-compliant banking facility deal worth SAR 135 million with Alinma Bank. 
In a Tadawul statement, the company said the facilities extend until Jan. 18, 2027, and are intended to finance new project contracts, letters of credit, and guarantees.
The facilities are secured by a promissory note for the full amount.
No related parties were involved in the deal, 2P added.
