Riyad Bank said the SAR 3bn Tier 2 sukuk will be redeemed at par on Feb. 9, 2026.
Riyad Bank announced intentions to redeem SAR 3 billion of its Tier 2 sukuk due in 2031 (trading symbol: 1013 – Riyad Bank Tier 2 Sukuk), in full, at par value (100% of the issue price) at the end of the fifth year, on Feb. 9, 2026. 
The sukuk were issued on Feb. 9, 2021, with a total value of SAR 3 billion and an original tenor of 10 years, maturing on Feb. 9, 2031, the bank said in a statement to Tadawul.
In accordance with the sukuk’s terms and conditions, Riyad Bank is entitled to call (redeem) the sukuk on the periodic profit distribution date falling on Feb. 9, 2026, noting that the relevant regulatory approvals have been obtained.
