Cenomi Retail’s shareholders approved changing the company’s name to AFG International
Shareholders of Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair Co. (Cenomi Retail) approved changing the company’s name to AFG International after amending Article 2 of its bylaws at an extraordinary general meeting held on Jan. 5, according to statement to Tadawul. 
They also approved amendments to Article 4 of the bylaws related to the company’s objectives.
Shareholders appointed six board members for the current term, which runs until Aug. 11, 2026. The appointees are Hussein Shobokshi, Ahmed Al Arabi, Ismail El Khatib, Russell Rodriguez, Abubakr Al Futtaim, and Tariq Al Tuwaijri.
