WAJA withdrew its request for transition to TASI, citing pending requirements.

WAJA Co. withdrew its request to transition to the Main Market (TASI), citing the need to complete certain requirements related to the transfer to TASI.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said it will complete these requirements and submit the application at a later date, noting that any updates regarding this matter will be announced in due course.

According to data available data with Argaam, WAJA filed for transitioning from the Nomu-Parallel Market to TASI in December 2025.

WAJA listed its shares on Nomu in March 2023. Its share capital stands at SAR 35 million, at a par value of SAR 0.5 per share.
