MRNA Chairman resignation will be effective from Jan. 1, 2026.
Morabaha Marina Financing Co. (MRNA) announced that Abdulrahman Al-Ghimlas resigned from his position as Chairman and member of the board, due to personal reasons, effective today, Jan. 1. 
According to data available on Argaam, MRNA’s board appointed Al-Ghimlas as Chairman for the three-year board term started on June 27, 2025.
