Ash-Sharqiyah Development Co.‘s board decided today, Dec. 31, to extend the appointment of Managing Director Faiz Mahfouz as acting CEO. 
In a Tadawul statement, the company said the appointment will end on Jan. 6, and the new extension will run one year from Jan. 7.
Mahfouz holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration from King Saud University and has experience in executive management.
