Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance Co.received a SAR 330.21 million contract award from the Saudi National Bank (SNB) to provide cooperative health insurance services for the bank’s employees and their dependents. 
In a statement to Tadawul today, Dec. 30, the company said the contract has been awarded for one year, effective from Jan. 1, 2026.
Bupa Arabia expects the contract to have a positive impact on its 2026 financial results.
The company identified Huda Ghoson as a related party, as she serves as an independent board member at both Bupa Arabia and SNB.
