Southern Province Cement Co. announced the completion of most phases of the new production line at Jazan Cement Plant, which will replace the current production lines, as the line is 98% complete.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said trial operation has commenced in some production stages in accordance with the scheduled implementation plan. The first trial batch of clinker was produced on Dec. 29, 2025, while all construction phases are expected to be completed, full production capacity achieved, and commercial operation commenced during 2026.
