CMCER board members
Canadian Medical Center Co.’s (CMCER) board of directors appointed non-executive member Khalid Al-Ammar as Chairman and independent member Hamad Al-Dhuwaili as Vice Chairman, during the meeting on Dec. 28. 
CMCER also formed the audit committee and appointed to it four members. It further formed the nomination and remuneration committee, with four members, according to a statement to Tadawul.
The board formed executive committee and investment committee with five and three members, respectively.
In addition, Manar Al-Dokhi was appointed as Board Secretary.
The company also appointed its representatives before the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).
