Under the contract, Dkhoun grants the company the right to use its franchise to open 16 branches during the first three years of the contract in the Sultanate of Oman, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The actual value of the contract cannot be measured accurately at this stage, as the franchise fees and recurring fees are subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement concluded between the two parties, Dkhoun stated.

The contract is expected to have a positive financial impact on the company during 2026, according to the statement.

The company also stated that the contract term is five renewable years, noting that there are no related parties involved.

It further indicated that the agreement comes as part of its expansion plans in the Gulf region and the Middle East.
