Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co.said today, Dec. 22, the competent circuit of the Labor Court of Appeal accepted, in form and substance, the appeal filed by the company against the earlier primary judgment in the labor lawsuit brought by a former CEO.
The judgment was received through its legal counsel, Mohannad Al-Balkhi Law Firm for Legal Consultations, Tihama said in a statement to Tadawul.
