Ex-MRNA MD Waleed Al-Ghamlas says final court ruling awarded him SAR 1.85 million in labor dues
Waleed Al-Ghamlas, former Managing Director (MD) of Morabaha Marina Financing Co. (MRNA), said a final court ruling awarded him SAR 1.85 million in labor dues. 
Al-Ghamlas told Argaam that the ruling, which became enforceable on Dec. 13, 2025, covers his outstanding employment entitlements.
According to Argaam data, MRNA initiated legal proceedings against Al-Ghamlas on Dec. 4, following approval at its ordinary general meeting in April to file a case.
The company had previously removed Al-Ghamlas from the board in August 2024 for violating subparagraph (c) of paragraph one of Article 12 of the Finance Companies Control Regulations.
