Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co. agreed to terminate, by mutual consent, the acquisition agreement for Dan Diamond Real Estate Development and Investment Co. 
The company added in a statement to Tadawul that the agreement was terminated on Nov 30, 2025, noting that the down payment has been refunded.
According to data available on Argaam, Tihama signed, on July 30, an agreement with Osama Abdulaziz Al Tawala Law Firm and Legal Consultants to acquire Dan Diamond, including all its assets and rights, with the acquisition value estimated at SAR 90.72 million.
last September, Tihama announced the extension of the due diligence period for Dan Diamond to verify documents and the validity of the company’s assets, for 60 days from the expiry of the previous deadline.
