Cenomi Retail EGM to vote on changing company’s name to AFG International
Shareholders of Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair Co. (Cenomi Retail) will vote on amending several articles of the company’s bylaws, including changing its name to AFG International, at an extraordinary general meeting on Jan. 5, 2026. 
According to a statement to Tadawul, the proposed amendments cover Article 4, related to the company’s objectives, and Article 6, concerning participation and ownership in companies.
The amendments also include Article 9 on share subscriptions, Article 14 on the shareholders’ register, and Article 18 on company management. Shareholders will additionally vote on adding a new article to the bylaws defining the powers of the general assembly.
