Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co. was awarded a contract, on Dec. 11, by the National Water Co., at a value of SAR 57.28 million (excluding VAT). 
Under the contract, Alkhorayef Water will perform the operation and maintenance of water and wastewater networks in Hafer Al-Batin Governorate over a period of 36 calendar months, according to a statement to Tadawul.
The company expects the financial impact of the project to take place during Q1 2026. It noted that there are no related parties involved.
The company will announce any future developments in this regard at the time, especially after receiving the final version of the contract agreement signed by all parties concerned.
