Argaam’s team is launching an advanced Professional Investor Relations Bootcamp aimed at enhancing financial communication and disclosure reliability across the Saudi market. The program is designed to upskill investor relations (IR) professionals at Saudi-listed companies.

The initiative underscores Argaam’s commitment to raising professional standards in the Kingdom’s IR community, enhancing disclosure reliability and equipping practitioners to communicate results more effectively, in line with the requirements of the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Tadawul. The program also supports the objectives of the Financial Sector Development Program under Vision 2030.

The bootcamp offers a unique opportunity for IR practitioners at listed companies to upgrade their skills and strengthen their role in attracting investors. Seats for the inaugural session were fully booked immediately after the announcement, and details of the next cohort will be released soon.

To ensure the program’s quality, Argaam team partnered with leading academic and professional institutions, including the HKU Business School, King Saud University, and the Middle East Investor Relations Association (MEIRA). These factors altogether leverage Argaam’s own expertise in best practices adopted in the Saudi market.

The program will focus on a range of topics, mainly:

– Developing effective strategies for targeting international investors

– The latest technologies shaping investor communication platforms

– Best practices for managing communications after earnings disclosures

– Techniques for drafting and refining financial disclosures

– Deepening participants’ understanding of ESG standards and governance frameworks

It also features practical exercises and simulations covering the full scope of an IR officer’s responsibilities, ensuring participants are equipped to handle a wide range of real-world scenarios.
