Almarai CEO Abdullah Albader stepped down for personal reasons.
Almarai Co.said its board approved, on Dec. 2, the resignation of CEO Abdullah Albader,who stepped down for personal reasons, according to a statement to Tadawul. 
The resignation will take effect on Jan. 15, 2026, the company added.
Almarai will disclose further updates regarding the appointment of a new CEO in due course.
According to data compiled by Argaam, Albader was appointed CEO of Almarai on March 7, 2021.
