Shareholders of Hamad Mohammed Bin Saedan Real Estate Co. approved the board of directors’ recommendation to distribute cash dividends at 0.5 halalas per share for 2024, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM), held on Nov. 30, according to a statement to Tadawul. 
The dividend distribution will commence on Dec. 7, 2025, the statement added.
