Saudi Azm says project value exceeds 5% of its total 2025 revenues
Saudi Azm for Communications and Information Technology Co. was awarded, on Nov. 27, a project to provide consulting services for digital transformation byElm Co., with no related parties included. 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the project value exceeds 5% of its total revenues for 2025 and aims to provide a development package that supports digital transformation.
Any subsequent matters related to the project will be disclosed, the statement added.
According to data available on Argaam, Saudi Azm reported revenues of SAR 253.16 million in the fiscal year ended June 2025, of which 5% would be SAR 12.66 million.
