Qomel appoints Estidamah Capital as financial advisor

Qomel Co.’s board of directors approved on Nov. 26 the company’s transition from the Nomu-Parallel Market to the Main Market (TASI).

The board appointed Estidamah Capital as the financial advisor for the transition, in accordance with the updated listing rules, Qomel said in a statement to Tadawul.

The company noted that the transition remains subject to market approval and is contingent upon meeting all requirements set by the market.

It also affirmed that any material developments related to this matter will be disclosed.

According to data available with Argaam, Qomel listed and began trading on Nomu in May 2024.

The company’s current capital is SAR 70 million, divided into seven million shares with a nominal value of SAR 10 per share.
