Nomu-listed Jana Medical Co. said its board of directors accepted the resignation of Acting CEO Rassam Al-Otaibi, effective today, Nov. 23, but he will remain a board member.

Meanwhile, the board appointed Ziyad Al-Sulais as CEO with immediate effect, noting the move supports its growth strategy.

Al-Sulais holds a bachelor’s degree in development and administrative organization from King Abdulaziz University, and an Executive MBA from HEC Paris with a focus on corporate governance and board leadership. He has also completed several executive programs at top global institutions, including London Business School, IMD in Switzerland, Babson College in San Francisco, Cranfield University in the UK, and New York University in the United States.

He brings more than 20 years of experience across the public and private sectors. Al-Sulais has held senior roles at major healthcare companies and has served on boards and national committees.
