Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) signed two contracts valued at SAR 182 million, including VAT, by the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA), according to twoTadawulstatements.
The first contract was signed on Nov. 20 at a total value of SAR 83.95 million, and involves providing IT products and services compatible with the National Information Center’s infrastructure.
Meanwhile, the second contract was wrapped up on Nov. 19 for a total of SAR 98.04 million and covers the provision of IT products and services.
The contractual term is 36 months for both contracts, the company said, noting that no related parties are included.
The deals are expected to have a positive impact on the company’s financials starting from Q4, 2025, the statement added.
MIS secured orders, project awards, or contract signings with SDAIA worth SAR 973.5 million since the beginning of 2025, according to data available withArgaam.
