MRNA says Yousif Al-Yousef will continue as CFO
Morabaha Marina Financing Co.’s (MRNA) board of directors terminated the assignment of acting CEO Yousif Al-Yousef, who will continue as CFO. 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the board appointed Khalid Al Jasser as CEO, effective Dec. 1, 2025, after obtaining the Saudi Central Bank’s (SAMA) non-objection.
Al Jasser has more than 30 years of experience in institutional transformation, corporate governance, and business development.
He has held senior leadership positions at Bank Albilad, Arabian Centres Co., and Saudi Real Estate Co. (Al Akaria). Al Jasser has also served as Chairman of STC Pay.
