Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Co. (2P) signed the unified technical licensing agreement with the Ministry of Commerce for a value of SAR 67.02 million, including value-added tax (VAT).
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the scope of work for this contract includes the supply, renewal, installation, activation, and configuration of software and system licenses, as well as technical support for applications and infrastructure for the Ministry of Commerce.
The project was awarded on July 13, 2025, while the contract was signed on Nov. 19, 2025, the statement added, noting that the contract is valid for 36 months.
No related parties are included.
A positive financial impact is expected to be reflected in financial statements of 2025 through 2028, the company indicated.
The project aims to enhance the quality of services provided to the ministry’s clients, ensure a stable and secure technological work environment and continuously develop and improve the ministry’s work environment.
