Almasar Alshamil decided to offer 30.72 million of its shares on TASI, representing 30% of the company’s share capital of 1.02 billion, divided into 102.40 million shares with a nominal value of SAR 10 per share.
The receiving entities are Derayah Financial, Sahm Capital, Alinma Capital, Al Rajhi Capital, BSF Capital, SNB Capital, Riyad Capital, ANB Capital, Alistithmar Capital, AlJazira Capital, GIB Capital, Alkhabeer Capital, SAB Invest, Yaqeen Capital, Albilad Capital, Musharaka Capital, EFG Hermes Saudi Arabia and Awaed Alosool Capital.
