Al Taiseer Group Talco Industrial Co. (TALCO) announced its new strategic plan aimed at strengthening its industrial position through expansion and sustainable growth. 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the plan focuses on building strategic partnerships and joint ventures to develop products and expand manufacturing capacity, while exploring merger and acquisition opportunities with national and regional firms.
TALCO also plans to boost exports, participate in major construction and infrastructure projects, and support the solar energy sector by supplying high-precision aluminum profiles for renewable energy infrastructure.
The company further aims to collaborate with automotive manufacturers to integrate its products into vehicle structures, spare parts, and accessories, enhancing its industrial and marketing capabilities and paving the way for production expansion.
The strategy includes a focus on risk management and integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles to ensure sustainable growth and achieve long-term objectives. TALCO said it will disclose any future updates on the plan’s implementation.
