Nomu-listed Mulkia Investment Co. said its board approved the resignation of CEO Omar Al-Othaim on Nov. 11, citing personal reasons. 
The company added the resignation will take effect on Jan. 15, 2026, and that it will announce a new CEO in due course.
Al-Othaim was appointed CEO of Mulkia Investment in January 2020, according to Argaam data.
