During this period, operations at the Yanbu facility will be temporarily halted to carry out planned maintenance activities.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the Yanbu facility, which produces Group I and Group II base oils, will undergo maintenance for approximately 45 days.

This comes as part of Luberef’s efforts to maintain the highest operational standards, adopt best industry practices, and comply with internationally recognized safety requirements to enhance reliability, efficiency, and sustainability across its operations.

The company added that during the maintenance period, it will continue selling products based on available inventory.

Meanwhile, the Jeddah facility, which produces Group I base oils, will continue operating at full capacity to ensure uninterrupted supply and support the company’s ongoing commercial commitments.

Luberef noted that the financial impact cannot be accurately determined at this time, but it is expected to be reflected in the company’s Q4 2025 financial results.

Any further updates will be announced in due course, the statement added.
