Fourth Milling Co. (MC4) announced that the total value of the contract recently signed with Al Dafe for Trading and Contracting Co. for the construction of factory buildings, warehouses, and related infrastructure for its new flour mill and feed factory amounts to SAR 51.5 million, excluding taxes.

In a statement on Tadawul, the company said the contract duration is approximately eight months from the date the site is handed over to the contractor, noting that there are no related parties to this agreement.

The company will announce any material developments related to this project in due course.

According to data available with Argaam, MC4 recently signed a construction works agreement with a contracting company for its new flour mill and feed factory project in Al-Kharj.

In April, the company’s board of directors approved the setting up of a new flour mill and feed factory in Al-Kharj, Riyadh, at an estimated total cost of about SAR 265 million.
