Mohammed Hasan AlNaqool Sons Co. said it will begin disclosing its financial statements on a quarterly basis starting from Q1 2026. 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the move aims to enhance transparency and improve the quality of information provided to shareholders and investors.
The company added that it also aligns with the highest standards of corporate governance and complies with Article 91 of the Capital Market Authority’s Corporate Governance Regulations, which mandates effective governance and regular disclosure.
