Shareholders ofNational Gas and Industrialization Co.’s (GASCO)shareholders approved during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM), held on Nov. 4, to convert the company’s legal status into a holding company. 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that shareholders also approved amending Article Three of its Articles of Association, related to the company’s objectives, to align with its new status as a holding company by removing operational activities.
