The Ministry of Finance announced today, Oct. 30, the actual figures for Saudi Arabia’s Q3 2025 budget, reporting revenues of SAR 269.9 billionand total expenditures of SAR 358.4 billion.
The Kingdom posted a budget deficit of SAR 88.5 billionfor the third quarter of 2025.
For the first nine months of the year, total revenues reached SAR 835.1 billion, while spending amounted to SAR 1.0168 trillion, leaving a deficit of SAR 181.8 billion.
