Specialized Medical Co. (SMC) announced today, Oct. 27, it plans to invest SAR 3 billion to build three advanced hospitals and primary care clinics. 
Meanwhile, Mouwasat Medical Services Co.declared an expansion plan to establish new hospitals in Jeddah, Yanbu, Abha, Al-Ahsa, Qatif, and Al-Khobar, with a total investment of SAR 5 billion.
Hayat National Hospitals Groupunveiled a strategic growth and innovation plan to expand mn its capacity to 15 hospitals with more than 4,000 beds, involving an investment of SAR 7 billion.
In addition, Al Mana General Hospitals Group (AGH)signed an agreement to manufacture ultrasound imaging devices in the Kingdom, with an investment of SAR 330 million.
