Seera Group Holding Co.’s shareholders approved the election of four members to fill the vacant seats on the board of directors, during an ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Oct. 26.

The elected members will complete the current term, which runs from March 29, 2024, to March 28, 2028.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the elected members are Mohammed Alqunaibit, Fawaz Alrajhi, Abdulaziz Alkassabi, and Walid Temairik.

According to data available with Argaam, Seera’s chairman and three other members resigned in August for several reasons, including major differences in opinions among the members and a lack of consensus on the company’s management approach.
