SHL Finance Co.signed today, Oct. 22, a sale and servicing agreement with Saudi Real Estate Refinance Co. (SRC) to sell a portfolio of real estate financing contracts worth SAR 73.71 million. 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company indicated the completion of the sale of this mortgage portfolio, in accordance with the applicable regulatory procedures.
