Itmam Consultancy Co. signed, on Oct. 12, a contract for the project of Technology Accelerator to Develop Innovation Skills Program with the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology at a value exceeding 24% of the company’s total revenue for FY 2024. 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the project was awarded on Sept 15, 2025, adding that the necessary signatures have been completed and a copy of the contract has been received today, Oct. 19. It further noted that the contract term is 24 months.
According to the company, the project aims to operate and manage the Technology Gaming Pioneers Program, which targets entrepreneurs in the electronic gaming sector to support the establishment and growth of pioneering projects in this field.
This contract is expected to have a positive financial impact on the company’s financial results for the period 2025-2027. There are no related parties involved.
According to Argaam’s data, Itmam’s revenue amounted to nearly SAR 68.7 million in 2024.
