Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co.’s (GO) shareholders approved an amendment to Article two of the company’s bylaws related to the company name during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Oct. 9, changing the name from Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co. (GO) to Etihad Go Co. 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said shareholders also approved an amendment to Article (17) of the bylaws related to the company’s management, setting the term of the board of directors at four years, instead of three.
Shareholders further approved amendments to the policies, procedures, and controls governing the selection and appointment of board members.
