One of Nahdi Medical Co.’s pharmacies
Nahdi Medical Co. announced today, Oct. 9, that the Wasfaty e-prescription service is now available across all its pharmacies in Saudi Arabia, allowing customers to fill prescriptions through the Ministry of Health’s digital platform.
The company said in a Tadawul statement that it signed an agreement with the National Unified Procurement Co. (NUPCO) on July 10. It later completed all preparation, testing, and system implementation to ensure readiness across its branches in line with top quality standards.
Nahdi said the service was launched on Oct. 1, adding that the financial impact is not yet quantifiable and will appear gradually as the rollout expands across its network.
Nahdi announced in September that it would start offering Wasfaty services in cooperation with NUPCO from October 2025, according to Argaam’s data.
