Arabian Centres Co. (Cenomi Centers) issued today, Oct. 9, the prospectus for the issuance of sukuk worth SAR 4.5 billion. 
The company said, in a statement, that under the sukuk issuance program, it may issue sukuk from time to time, while complying with all applicable laws and regulations. The maximum nominal value of all existing sukuk from time to time shall not exceed SAR 4.5 billion, it added.
The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved, on Sept. 16, the company’s request to register and publicly offer debt instruments under an issuance program worth up to SAR 4.5 billion.
