Scientific and Medical Equipment House Co. signed today, Oct. 7, a project contract for non-medical maintenance, cleaning, and operation services at King Khalid University Medical City in Abha, valued at SAR 56.29 million (VAT inclusive), the company said in a statement to Tadawul. 
The contract is effective for a period of 36 months and is expected to have a positive impact on the company’s financial results starting from the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025, the statement added.
Equipment House confirmed that there are no related parties to the deal.
The company received earlier on Aug. 11, the approval for the award of the same project, with a total value of SAR 56.3 million including VAT, according to Argaam’s data.
